Group Yoga Therapy by Bridging Lyfe
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our yoga therapy classes are designed to help you relax, unwind, and improve your physical and mental well-being. Start your journey to a healthier mind and body!
Group yoga classes will be held every Sunday from 2pm to 3pm with the option to participate in-person and virtually. Classes will be led by our therapist and yoga instructor Tasha L. Turner MS, MA, RYT-200. Yoga class cycles are typically 4 weeks long and have a different focus every four weeks deemed by instructor. It is highly suggested to attend each class within the monthly group cycle to ensure maximum benefit of classes and recognize individual progress over time.
In-person spaces and yoga mats are limited!
*Clients will be responsible for paying any copays or deductibles that may be associated with using their insurance. If copay/deductible exceeds the the price of the class, please utilize the option to pay the out-of-pocket fee of $20.00.
